# Better Call Sauliere: your whole place, one plan The logo, the window, the menu, the website and how guests find you, all from one call. Call 831-353-7227 (tel:+18313537227). Call anytime. Our line is open 24/7. Email: facilitator@bettercallsauliere.com ## The approach: one call, one plan, six pieces The 6 colors in the phone's dial are how I work. Each one is a piece of the same plan, so the logo, the window, the menu and the website feel like one place. 1. **Identity**: What's at the core of your business, who it's for and what makes it different. Everything else is built on it. 2. **Branding**: Name, logo, colors and voice, so everything after looks and sounds like you. 3. **Signage & print**: Windows, signs, murals, menus, cards and flyers. Where people meet the brand in person. 4. **Website**: A website with the answers people come for, easy for you to update. 5. **Getting found**: Google, maps, reviews and AI search like ChatGPT, so you come up when people ask. 6. **Tools**: Custom tools you own, built for how you work, instead of another subscription. ## Branding & identity **Brigitte Bistro**, Chef Nick Ronan's French restaurant, Petaluma, CA. Led the full brand from one plan: logo, menus, window and website, designed with artist SuperDeux. Muralists Antoine and Gaelen painted a wall piece that has become a Petaluma landmark. **Bisou & Beso**, sister restaurants for Chef Nick Ronan, San Francisco. One identity system for two restaurants: a lips, glass and leaves mark that changes color and language between the French Bisou and the Latin-inspired Beso, across signage, business cards and engraved table pieces. **Chefs & cafés.** The Kissing Chef: cookbook cover and badge logo for Nick Ronan. Chef Nicole: a pear monogram and cards for a Bay Area private chef. SNS cafe: logo and a comic-strip coffee guide. ## Experiential & installations **Bu Tea Den** (co-founder): an alcohol-free tea lounge and art lounge in a DTLA warehouse, with tea rituals, art and music nights, and our own interactive installation. https://www.buteaden.com **Paisley ID** (creator): the AFTM (Automated Fortune Telling Machine), ATMs turned into machines that print a personal paisley and a fortune ticket. Concept, code, fabrication and merch. https://www.paisleyid.com ## Storytelling **Shanghaiing** (creator and art director): a two-part self-published comic. Named one of CBR's Top 10 Best Indie Titles at LA Comic Con 2022. https://shanghaiing.us/ ## About: developer, producer, maker of strange machines I started as a developer in Montreal, moved to the U.S. in 2007, and have worked in advertising ever since. Better Call Sauliere is where it all comes together: connecting businesses, artists and technology. Based in Los Angeles. I work in English and French. ### Ubisoft, producer I was on Ubisoft's digital marketing team, connecting YouTube creators like Tobuscus and Corridor Digital with its games back when sponsored videos were still new. - 6M+ views on Ubisoft's E3 2011 coverage with Tobuscus: 11 videos, at lower cost than the studio approach it replaced. - 3M Just Dance Facebook fans within two years, driven by the YouTuber Dance Offs I helped produce. - 3 years leading E3 creator coverage, including putting a YouTuber on Ubisoft's press-conference stage. "Severin was the best! My time working at E3 and Ubisoft wouldn't have been the same without his calm, cool presence." (Toby Turner, Tobuscus, YouTube creator) "Severin was our first contact into sponsored videos." (Corridor Digital) ### Goodby Silverstein & Partners, producer: The Dalí Museum Then I produced for Goodby Silverstein & Partners, including AI experiences for The Dalí Museum. - **Dalí Lives**: an AI-powered Salvador Dalí who greets visitors and tells his own story on screens throughout the museum. Six One Show awards, two International Gold Andys and a Webby. - **Dream Tapestry**: the first interactive DALL·E experience in a museum. Visitors describe a dream, AI paints it, and six dreams at a time are woven into a tapestry on a 12-foot screen. ## Questions - **What does it cost?** It depends on which pieces you need. Tell me about the place and a rough budget, and you get 1 proposal with 1 price for the result. - **Do I own what you make?** Yes. The logo files, the website and the tools are yours, with no new monthly subscription. - **Can I update my own menu?** Yes. With the menu editor you type the menu; it fixes accents and prices, prints the table menu and updates the website. Chef Nick Ronan does his at Brigitte Bistro. - **Do you only work in Los Angeles?** I'm based in Los Angeles. Brigitte Bistro is in Petaluma and Bisou & Beso are in San Francisco. - **Do you work in French?** Oui. I work in English and French. - **What's the free site check?** Send me your website. I look at it on a phone the way a guest would and send back 3 quick fixes, free. ## Contact Got a place, a menu or a weird idea?
